Recruiter reached out to me and there were two interviews in total. First was rapid fire questions about software engineering related concepts and the second one assessed alignment with the team
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We understand that interview processes can feel fast-paced and challenging. We put a lot of thought into creating a structured and consistent process that reflects the skills and mindset needed for the work we do. We care a lot about designing an interview process that assesses both technical abilities and how well our candidates align with our team and culture.
We know the rapid-fire format can feel intense, and it’s meant to help us understand how our candidates think under pressure and recall key concepts quickly, skills that are important for the work we do.
Thanks again for your time and interest, and we wish you all the best in your next steps.
2 technical interviews and 1 behavioural. The technical ones were one mathsy ML/RL and one RL system design trying to formulate a real life problem into RL setting. Relatively easy with RL experience.
An interview with a project manager, they're nice, you can ask questions as they're really approachable, they ask questions related to your subject. After the interview they decide if you pass to the next steps
