Interview
Show up and you got the job. Two hour orientation. It's a group interview people just sitting there waiting to watch the orientation video you scan a couple of items on your phone just to get a feel of the job and you got it you have to search through the store for products wear something comfortable don't overdress professional gym shoes because you're going to be out in the field looking for groceries.
Fill out online application.
They will do a background check.
You must be legally able to work in the US.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Sign an independent contractor agreement.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Interview
Th interview process was fairly different but easy, nothing too not understand. As I had applied online and had submitted permission got a free background check to be completed. Additional signing of paperwork with Id and so fourth.

Interview
There was no interview process you just apply online or through the shopper app. They run a background check and as soon as that went through they sent me a card and I was able to start shopping the only thing is sometimes they have a wait list I got lucky when I applied and there was no waitlist but some people have to wait months if there’s too many shoppers in their area.
