First thing you do is apply online. If they like it they send you an email stating when and where the group interview will be held. I think it's usually at Whole foods in the zone you applied for. They tell you all about Instacart then show you a Powerpoint. After that they will tell you download the shopper app you were emailed. (It is not in the app store). You will do a group mock shopping around the store with the app. Then you will do a real one by yourself and they time you. If you come back at a good time and have your items you are hired. I think everyone but one of us was hired. Last if you were chosen you wait for them to call you to get you in the system and get your t-shirts, lanyards and payment card. The end.

Fill out online application. They will do a background check. You must be legally able to work in the US. Must have a valid driver's license. Sign an independent contractor agreement. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
