Interview
I filled out a quick online application and was invited to do an online training. The training involved watching a series of videos about being a personal shopper and using the Instacart application, e.g., how to make substitutions in orders, how to pack the order, etc. After completing the online training, I was scheduled for an in-person training. 5 people attended, and we had to do a mock shop. It was quite easy: if you make one or two mistakes, the trainer corrects you. The in-person training session is also when the new hire paperwork is verified. Overall, an easy process.
Easy interview process including test shopping at a location. It was some time ago when I applied but I remember it being easy. It may have changed in the last couple years.

Interview
There isn’t one they just do a background check and dmv report. I’m not sure what else to put but there is no interview for this position it is self employed
Online application process done entirely through your phone. Not so much an interview as you are self contracted, more so a background check. As expected from a position such as this
