1) 30 mins phone screen with a recruiter. 2)SQL assessment: 8 easy-medium difficulty questions to be finished in 1 hr. I passed 7 and didn't have the time to do the last one. 3) 30 mins chat with the hiring manager: I wrote this right after the call because I already knew the process would stop here. Overll, it was the worst and most awkward interview I ever had. The hiring manager seemed disinterested and impatient from the very begining. Throughout the interview, 80% of time he was distracted by his work and not fully present in the conversation (e.g., no response for 5 seconds after I finished talking, repeated a question as if I never answered before). I was prepared to talk more details about my past experience and projects, but obviously he didn't even spare the time or have any interest to go through my resume, and only asked random brain teasers then immediately returned to his work. Every second of the process, I was thinking about ending the chat instead of actually focusing on the questions. It seems to me that they have already found the candidate they want to move forward with, and this interview is merely to meet some kind of quota.
