They don't respect candidate's time. Pretty lengthy affair. Too many rounds sometimes repeating. Needs to be better coordination among the interviewers so that they can a avoid duplicity. More focus on the situation based questions to test the personality.

Question 1
They asked mainly basic .net questions and SQL queries.
Basic technical questions need to be prepare and need to have some good communication skills and analytical skills
Based on the candidates present interview process will be decided like,
1) System test
2) Technical round
3) Manager round
4) HR round
Meeting with the CEO on current position globally - very top line overview and growth plans for the next 5-10 years and relationships that have been built and being built within the sector.
