Instant On IT interview questions

I had a video interview with two members of HR. One of the interviewers was professional, but the other created an extremely poor impression. Their approach was cold, disengaged, and robotic, making the conversation feel more like an obligation than a genuine attempt to get to know me. The company advertises a “family feel” and a “friendly, inclusive environment,” but this interaction was the complete opposite: awkward, unwelcoming, and at times it felt hostile. If a company chooses people like this to represent them at interview stage, it raises serious questions about the culture. Instead of leaving me motivated, the process left me convinced I dodged a bad work environment. First impressions matter, and this one was damaging enough that I wouldn’t consider working here even if an offer was made. I walked away thinking: if this is how they treat potential hires, imagine how they treat their staff.
