The recruiting process was as follows: resume and CV application, followed by a take-home RBF exercise and then an interview. The interview was mostly FIT questions followed by a quick analysis and interpretation of a graph

One hour interview. It had both a technical case (consulting style) and behavior questions. The questions were fairly straightforward and I don't recall any curveballs. The interviewers were very nice.
