Institute For Human Reproduction interview questions

The interview process was simple, very vague, no job description given, was told by the Practice Manager one salary, but once I agreed to the job offer and my first paycheck was received, it was much lower than agreed upon, and they never changed it, even though I complained every month. The physician wasn't professional, and the staff members didn't smile. Everyone looked angry and disgusted, even the people at the front desk. One receptionist is very rude and the management staff is afraid of her which was very odd. Management talked negatively about the employees, especially the phlebotomist and some of the other IVF Coordinators. Those people they spoke negatively about were the nicest and hardest working in the company, except for the receptionist.
