I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2024
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled a 30 minute pre-screening interview, before being scheduled for a longer, more in-depth interview with an analyst and an epidemiologist, which lasted about 40-45 minutes
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences in Dec 2024
Interview
Applied and a few days later a manager from the IT department called and did a 20 min pre-screen interview. A few days later I was scheduled for a panel interview via Teams. The manager, an HR person and some random other employee asked several questions. They asked, tell me about ICES, how to do you fix a microphone not working, how do you fix blue screen of death, fixing 0365 issues, bunch of other time wasting behavioural questions. Interview lasted an hour but should have been 30 minutes. Seems like a miserable and rigid place to work based on the behavioural questions they asked.

Interview
It was a quick 15 minute preliminary interview to tell you about the position and discuss your suitability. You will be asked questions about SAS procedures and epidemiology conceptes. It covered basic stuff.
