Aligned with our commitment to pay equity and our philosophy of paying the market value for positions, we post compensation ranges for positions and communicate the target compensation for open positions early in the interview process to avoid misalignment upon offer. Our initial interviews are intentionally conducted with cameras off to ensure that early screening is focused on skills, experience, and alignment with our mission, and our full process does include multiple interviews and references. We will ensure we clarify process and expectations with future candidates.
