There were two steps in the process: an initial phone screening and an in-person interview. Both were very straightforward, and the interviewer was personable both times, which made the interview process go smoothly.

Initial phone screening and interview. Interviewers were very easy to get along with and have conversation with. Low pressure setting. Questions about ages you are comfortable working with and experiences working with general public.
