Applied online and was contacted by HR for a phone screen. Phone screen held with 2 HR associates, basic questions. Very willing to answer my questions and provide specific detail about the job and organization. Progressed to onsite interview with 4 associates from multiple disciplines. Also had a phone interview with executive based in Washington, DC. Average questions, everyone very personable and transparent about current opportunities and challenges.
Asked back for a second round of interviews but withdrew my candidacy before proceeding.

1. Phone screening: An HR rep called and discussed the job for a few minutes with me, asking some screening questions to verify I met the minimum requirements, then we made an appointment for another phone interview with the VP-HR
2. Second phone screen with the VP-HR, similar to first call, then scheduled a face-to-face.
3. Met with VP-HR and another HR employee.
4. Came back for next interview with HR rep., then the hiring manager, then comparable staff members.
5. Returned for another interview with the hiring manager and the division head.

Question 1
Normal type of questions concentrating on work examples, but they concentrate too much on planning skills and not enough on what you have accomplished and how successful you have been for employers.
