The initial interview is done by phone. The recruiter will decide if they would like to schedule an in person interview. Once in person, there is an intimidation factor. 3-5 managers will sit in the meeting room with lap tops. They have a chat channel to discuss the interview as its going on. There is a written response required, and 20 questions is played.
