Was emailed by a recruiter to set up a video interview, and responded within 30 minutes. Over a week passed and I had heard nothing, only to be sent an invitation for the following afternoon, with no apology for ghosting me for a week. They then cancelled on me day of and took over another week to reschedule. Once I finally had the interview I was asked to provide my availability for a potential meeting with the hiring manager and was told a decision would be made the next morning. It took 12 days and multiple follow up emails to get a response. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.
