Went through 3 rounds of interviews. I believe if you go that deep into the interview process, that means you are being considered for that role. As a professional I expect the same level of professionalism that I provide to others. After 3 rounds of interviews I never received any follow up, from the hiring manager, recruiter, nobody. I had followed up every interview with a Thank You note, and always kept it professional. I am appalled and disgusted by the lack of follow through this company has.
