Was easy.. a week training … They checked internet, hardware and most importantly your ability to perform it makes you kinda nervous but if you follow there lead you’ll be fine

Interview
We set up a remote interview through Skype, got interviewed in 15 mins, and then got added to the training Skype chat which i am currently in. They said that the training will be 2 hours a day for 6 days out of 2 weeks, they give you a script to practice and explain anything you may need to understand about the script and the job. At the end there will be a final role play session where you will be tested on how fit you are for the job by giving you a score based on your professionalism, patience, smooth talking and listening skills.

Interviewer was very freindly and made me feel comfortable, the questions were really easy and I found these were questions I could really answer based on my background. I worked in customer service for a period of eight years and I was really excited about the prospect of working for my current employer.

Interview was overall fine the interviewer was nice explained the role clearly and was able to ascertain my radiness for the company and i had no problems what so ever
