Only get into the phone screen interview with hiring manager, he talk about the resume first and then make an intro to the position. In the last few minutes, he ask a probability question.

Interview
Phone call with HR asking about background and describing company, interview process, etc. Gave a lot of good info and answered all my questions.
Take-home assessment was challenging and though I did complete it, I felt I was not qualified for position. Got a rejection letter a couple days after submission. It's hard, but fair I think.
