They start with telling you about the company and the role you are interviewing for. They ask you some personality based questions and then Behavioral/situational based questions.
There are usually 2 - 3 people interviewing you at the same time (HR, hiring manager and another senior dept member). You are given the opportunity to ask any questions at the end.

I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for
Received an invitation to do a one way video interview a few days after applying. Respond to written questions by speaking to the camera plus a written response. Completed it and never heard back, no rejection but no follow up either.

First interview was one-way where you had to record your answers to questions that were prompted on the screen. There was 3 questions total followed by a task to write a professional email based on details provided.
