Situational questions - pick an example and stick with it throughout the process. Recruiter asks loads of situation questions, more than technical. Hiring manager is present and will ask the job related stuff.
Typical 3 round process with HR, Hiring manager and department head. They look for fit more then anything else I would say. They concentrate a lot on their corporate culture

I had a phone interview with HR then 1 interviews with both HR directors following by one last interview with the VP. Questions were average a mix of behavior and technical questions.

Straightforward, initial screen to a panel interview and then moves to the final interview with vp. Overall a mix of behavioral and get to know you questions each interview starts lasts about 30 minutes to 1 hr.
