My initial interview was a casual phone conversation with the HR Recruiter who went over the role, the company and the benefits and she asked me a few general questions. The second interview was with two managers and was very reasonable for time. Their questions were very reasonable. They made me feel very comfortable and encouraged discussion during the meeting.

Two recruiters host a visual interview, a lots behaviour questions to ask. There is no introduction about the position. But they ask about the your salary target. It is around 40 mins, very serious.
