1. I applied via LinkedIn. 2. I received an email from HR representative to schedule a 30 minutes interview. 3. I received a call from the HR in the scheduled time. During the interview I told about my experienced. The HR explained me about the company and the role, provided a lot of detailed information. She also willingly answered on my questions. In the end of the interview HR informed me she will send an Excel assignment. 4. I completed the Excel assignment with was rather difficult for me. However, it was specified in the position description that the role requires EXCELLENT Excel skills, so I overestimated my abilities while applying. 5. In a few hours after submitting the assignments, I received the feedback from the field manager and HR. Whereas I didn't make it to the next step, I received the feedback regarding the assignment and detailed explanation why it didn't meet the requirements. I highly appreciate the fact the response was so fast and personal. Overall it was a great experience.
