Best process I've been through by far. Recruiter was very communicative along every step, initially spent a great amount of time with me explaining the role, how it fits in with the organization, who is be working with, etc. Interviews via Zoom were done in pairs; first we're the team leaders and then after two additional team members. In both cases it was a very conversational style interview where both individuals asked different questions and played off each other in terms of follow up questions. I felt this was a very efficient approach and greatly reduced the amount of redundant questions. The recruiter then followed up post interview as well as kept me abreast of developments in the process. Finally, she provided very thorough details on the offer and status of the background check. Very refreshing to have such a great experience.
