InteLogix Collector interview questions

Very easy interview. It was over and done in less then thirty minutes, and I was offered the position the following day. The training that followed was a group setting and about a week long, then you're provisional for a while afterward. Overall, the boarding process for this job was easy.

They want to know how you would handle difficult customer service situations and your thoughts on competition in the work place. Also your ability to get customers to pay.
