It took two days between the phone interview and in person. I had to take two assessments, one typing test and one in Excel before meeting with two women in the department. The most important thing is to say that the job I applied to was not the position open. I went in the morning on a rainy, flood day to interview for an entry level bookkeeper position and I was actually being interviewed for a mail clerk or something of that sort. I quickly ended the interview. This was disrespectful and a waste of my time. Even during the phone interview I was asked about accounting software that I knew so it doesn't make sense. My application in the system clearly shows that I applied for an entry level bookkeeper position. This already says a lot about the company and people.
