Very structure yet people-centric.
- HR interview first to check / assess whether there is a match in expectations.
- This is followed by a 2 stage interview process, the second of which includes both a written submission and presentation to a panel.

Interview
Really relaxed first face to face interview to get to know each other. Second interview was a presentation to two people. I found the process relaxed and well suited to both sides evaluating each other.
