I interviewed at Integrated Dermatology (Boca Raton, FL)
Interview
Very smooth overall. However, one of the interviewers was saying things that didnt make any sense for an interview such as: we expect you to work and not be on the beach (specially because even if I intended to do that I would never say it)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Integrated Dermatology in May 2024
Interview
I interviewed with Integrated Dermatology for a Director of Finance. I am not the type to leave reviews, but I felt the interview process was egregious. I interviewed with the CFO, who acted like a pig. What should have been a interview turned into a interrogation session. The CFO demanded to know my previous boss names for ALL JOBS I have had over the last 15 years. Grilled me in numerous ways asking the same thing to catch me in some type of lie. I felt the entire time, the CFO didn’t believe any of my work history which is ridiculous. I was also asked if I had any children or married, which is a huge red flag.
The recruiter while friendly, very unprofessional, I had zero contact information for her, she only contacted me from a do not reply email address. I think this is a truly toxic company and I dodged a huge bullet.
I am proud to say, I took a job with a competitor as a VP of Finance.
