The interviewer was casual however lacked details about the training . The hiring process included orientation on company standard operating procedures. the training on the particular area of assignment was not included. The training was hands on with no detailed written procedure to be followed.

I was asked for my experience in electrophoresis and immunofixation and the instrument that this laboratory uses.
