The job posting was on monster.com. Initial contact from the company was via email. I was then instructed to take two online assessments (the first being multiple choice and the second being short answer) and fill out and submit a skills matrix sheet. I scheduled a phone interview where I was then asked specific questions regarding my previous experience.
