Interview
The interview process was relaxed and straightforward. The atmosphere was positive until the topic of compensation was broached. Upon disclosure of my current earnings, it became evident that the interview had reached its conclusion. Regrettably, I was seeking a change of environment and would have been willing to accept a reduction in pay for the opportunity to be closer to my residence.
