I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Integrity Staffing Solutions (Chattanooga, TN) in Oct 2011
Interview
After signing in for my interview, I was placed in line with other interviewees. Because of the large volume of applicants at the time, we were divided into multiple groups to get people in and out efficiently.
At "Step 2", we waited in a meeting hall, watching a presentation about the staffing company's policies, opportunities, and values. There were some 25+ people in this room. As the presentation played, we were individually called back for a short 5-10 minute interview about which position would suit us best: packer, picker, shipper, etc.
As we finished our one-on-one session, we were moved over to Steps 3 and 4, which was a competency test in recognizing brand items, and general computer usage.
We were released as soon as we completed the four steps to await further communication.
