IntellaPro interview questions

After applying online, I was contacted via email by a recruiter asking to set up a time for a phone screen. This ended up being the only interview in the hiring process. The interview was fairly simple and straightforward. The questions were focused on experience; no technical questions were asked.

They take you into the conference room and go over you resume and relevant experience. The whole interaction is mostly informal and they're great group. They give you the chance to ask them anything and are very transparent about it all. I would ask about the commission structure and what it takes to be a top performer. Make sure you're prepared to work the hours but as a recruiting company their hours are very reasonable.
