Hiring is a bit uncertain task. There were 2 interview rounds. The first round was the skill check, no coding. Also they asked IQ Questions. After a week or so I got a mail for an online test. Although I declined , the Interview process is not very nice. You wouldn't know when you'll get called. There is no certainty in rounds.
