Basic technical stuff asked. Bureaucracy is such that if you are an acquaintance of someone senior in management , you can directly join without any interview.
Compamny not serious bringing right talent.
Horribly old technology . Since company doesnt hire good people, quality of work is bad and ompany actually is not bothered to deliver good quality work
