Intelletec interview questions

Applied on LinkedIn and followed up with a member of the company about the status of my application after a few weeks. We scheduled an interview and had the first round. At the end of that first interview we agreed that I would be contacted by the close of business the following day about the next round. I followed up twice after that and got no replies. Full radio silence after the promise of a follow up.

The entire team was extremely communicative and responsive from start to finish. Everyone that I spoke with during my interviews gave me a brief description of themselves and then prioritized hearing about myself and my goals. I can tell that management genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their employees which is quite refreshing.
