Recently went through several steps in Intellibus’s interview process. While the process itself is clearly defined and appears reasonable on paper, the actual experience felt misaligned and left much to be desired—similar to what other candidates have noted in their feedback.
The initial screening interview was recorded, which is unusual and not a standard practice for most organizations in the U.S. The interview assessments seem well‑intentioned, but in some cases they do not align with the roles being advertised. Overall, it gives the impression that the company may be conducting interviews primarily to gather information and build a resourcing pool rather than to fill real positions. Employee reviews appear scripted and do not reflect authentic experiences. Some posted roles also seem questionable, and the clients mentioned by recruiters cannot be independently verified. In addition, the offshore recruiting team appears to rely heavily on AI‑generated email responses, which, while likely well‑intentioned, come across as inauthentic. Based on my experience, I would recommend proceeding with caution when interviewing with Intellibus. The process felt opaque—almost like sending information into a black hole with little clarity about what, if anything, will come out on the other side.
