Having just gone through a multi month job search with generally non responsive companies, Intellibus was a breath of fresh air. They claim they act on applications quickly, and they do! Within a handful of days of applying, I had a response and screening interview. During the screening interview, the next interview steps were scheduled and arranged for the same day! One day later, a follow on interview was scheduled. During this process, I stated that, no matter how this turned out, the hiring team should be proud of how they conducted themselves.
