Easy progress and informal interview. Was recommended by a friend on the Tuesday and had an interview the following afternoon. Manager sits facing you asking you a string of questions including performing a role play as if you are on the phone to the customer. This basically determines whether you get the job or not. I’m pretty sure they hire absolutely everyone though..... Manager forgot about me during the 15 mins he gives you to prep for the role play and I ended up sitting in the room for over 45 mins and he hadn’t even provided his name to me for me to go and ask someone for him

Easy interview, role play, questions about work history and tested some sales knowledge. Wasn’t too intense of an interview. Just be yourself, be confident and show an understanding of sales.
