I was invited to an on-site interview, believing that my tech stack aligned with what they were looking for based on the job posting. However, after the initial interview, I discovered they were seeking expertise in a specific tech stack that wasn't mentioned in the job posting. They didn't even conduct an initial screening call to clarify these requirements, which felt like a waste of time. Additionally, I got the impression they might offer a low salary rate because they kept asking why my salary was high at my previous company.

I got interviewed 3rd times, one from HR, Owner and IT Head. after an interview with HR, next will be coding assessment. The difficulty level is average as long as you're with the logic and data structure
