Interview
Horrible waste of time. Only reason I am taking the time to write this is that I don't want other people taking vacation days or time off to waste their time with this company in the same way I did. HR is completely disorganized and runs around like chickens without a head - they just transfer you from one person to the next without any one taking any real responsibility. The whole company seems to be this way. Looks like they grew too fast with no strategy or organization. I met with 5 senior people there and I believe only 1 of them had an actual office/desk. The rest of the entire company is thrown in two large noisy rooms with everyone running around trying to find someone to get some work done. I kid you not! If you desperate and feel you are a really perfect fit here, I suggest you completely go in with an open mind, be ready to spend minimum 4 hours there (after meeting with 5-7 people, you need to take a 45 minute IQ test at the end they don't tell you about) and follow up endlessly with the 20-something HR department because they surely will not return your emails or calls or follow up with you unless you prompt them. You are basically treated like dirt before you get the job so I can't imagine you will be treated much better as an employee!
