      Customer Success Manager Interview

      15 June 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Intenseye in May 2025

      Interview

I applied for the CSM role and was invited to a first-round interview with a recruiter. I progressed to the second round where I was asked to prepare and deliver a detailed presentation. After dedicating a significant amount of time and effort to the process, only to receive complete silence afterward. Despite following up a week later, I only received an out-of-office reply from HR. No update, no feedback, no closure. Weeks have passed since with no communication whatsoever. At the very least, candidates deserve a response, especially after investing time preparing for multiple stages. Providing feedback or even a simple rejection email is the bare minimum standard of professionalism. The lack of follow-up shows a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time and efforts. This experience left a poor impression and says a lot about how the company treats people. I expected much better.
