InterNations interview questions

I interviewed for the above role about a month ago. It consisted of three rounds: HR (30 minutes), Task (3-4 hours), and a call with the department head (1-1.5 hours). For the first round, they asked me to lower my salary expectations, to which I said I was flexible, and then we proceeded. The first two rounds were pretty easy and the final one was long (including a short cultural fit for 10-15 minutes with the other colleagues). After waiting and going through all these rounds they come up with a generic rejection email template. My impression about this is that it was unfair (to not give a reason why I was rejected, especially after I invested around 10 hours in preparations and interviews for this role). No wonder this position has been vacant for 8 months!

Angenehm und direkt zum Job Description. Die Atmosphäre ist toll und man kann die Ergebnis des Vorstellungsgespräch schnell bekommen. Aber man kann nicht über Gehalt reden, weil es fest ist in dem Unternehmen.
