I applied online. I interviewed at InterVenture (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in July 2017
Interview
The interview itself was pretty standard one (HR inteview, tehcnical interview, technical assignment).
The problem was that I was rejected with very suspicious feedback. Luckily, I have a close friend working there who digged little bit up about my application, and we relaized that they have mixed up stuff and looked at someone else's assignement as if it was mine, and I got rejected based on that. Very unprofessional.

Question 1
Tehcnical assignment was to make simple app with one REST api call, paying attention to architecture, clean code and clever RxJava usage.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at InterVenture (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Apr 2019
Interview
Got referred by a friend/former colleague. Several stages including a couple of introductory calls, several technical interviews with various degrees of depth, and a task to code at home, followed by a review.
Overall, everyone involved was highly professional, forthcoming, relaxed, supportive and good humored. Best and easiest job interview so far.
