The entire process seems very disorganized. Midway through the initial call, it was mentioned the interview was actually for a different position. There was already an offer out for the applied for position. No additional information was provided about the different position. After finding the job postings, neither of the two job descriptions nor job level matched the questions being asked. The majority of the call focused on reasons for leaving a single previous position, leaving only minutes to discuss actual experience. The interview was schedule for 40 minutes but was finished in a little over half the time. Clearly that was as far as the interview process was going to go, but the level of disrespect and disinterest was uncalled for.
