Coding test round: which was conducted in a haphazard manner. HR wasn't very professional. She seemed very rude in the placement talk and due to pandemic ppl are having internet issues and might get disconnected which she found irritating and ranted about it.

Interview
Overall process was divided in 5 parts. Firstly there was an online MCQ test based on java and aptitude. There were 20 Q on java and 3 questions on aptitude. Then next round was Predictive index which had two sections namely What you are and what other expect from you. If you clear this round, you have to give a pen paper test which have in total 12 questions including java,aptitude and databases. All these three round were on Day 1. After I was selected on Day 1, we were called to the IB campus in Mumbai for Last two Rounds. Round 4 was a 2-2.5 hrs long technical interview based on java. They try to check your programming as well as problem solving skills using some puzzles too. And last round is a interview with MD of IB.

For junior java developer the interviewer asked me about the basics of java. They just want that you should be clear with fundamentals of java and to be smart.
