Interactive Brokers C++ Developer interview questions

Got two online assessments and a Predictive Index assessment. The test went really well, but I got a rejection. The reason was that my overall qualifications with those of other candidates under consideration wasn't at par. The HR never responded to my follow up mails. If I was't qualified they shouldn't have sent me the test in the first place.

I was given an online multiple choice technical test on C++ and OOP concepts as well as a personality test. The technical test felt like a midterm in a weedout freshman CS class and was incredibly dull.
