Interactive Resources (FL) interview questions

They immediately rejected my application about 1 hour after submission by email. They then cold called me at 8 A.M. the following day, when I was not available, for an on the spot phone interview. They followed up after I missed the call, being as I was unavailable, with an email asking for my availability for a phone interview. I responded with my availability, to which they responded with an email informing me they had scheduled me for an interview later that day, completely disregarding my stated availability. This company does not respect the time or boundaries of potential candidates. Red Flag.

1 phone screen with the CEO, another with 2 partners from the east coast, 1 in person. If you pass your phone screens they will have you meet individually with the team in Newport Beach. Total of 3 week process.
