In-person interview. The company supports the community with mental health services, a mission/cause I can get behind. The interviewer seemed thoughtful and honest in his pursuit of a candidate who represents the best fit for the job and company culture. I felt the interview was very fair and the questions asked were straightforward. Overall, the answers, though important, were as important to the interviewer as their delivery and the candidate's behavior observed.
