Got email for 1st screening round , on scheduled time i joined the call but no one appeared . I sent email to HR but she didn't give any response , waste of time .

Phone screen, tech screen, interview panel - the phone screen was very odd, the recruiter kept saying that the hiring manager had the final say, and that there were plenty "ahead of you" in the pipeline already.
