I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intercom (Dublin, Dublin) in June 2015
Interview
Got to the second round and was asked to take part in an initial Skype Interview. After numerous emails confirming time etc. I was confident that I have the Skype address for the interviewer and I would call same at the time given. At the time I rang numerous times however I was blocked. Presumed that this person was snowed under with interviews so emailed to explain the predicament only to be told an hour or so later that I had not supplied my Skype address hence why I was not called. It was my first time taking part in a Skype interview for a job were I was supposed to be in the know about technology so to me it was not rocket science that I utilise the address GIVEN to me in the email from the interviewer.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intercom (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2015
Interview
The process took roughly two weeks with a ten day waiting period for the final answer. I first received five questions via email which I had to answer concisely. Then I had a very pleasant Skype interview with San Francisco based manager of operations which took around half an hour. After one day I received an invitation for a live interview (cultural fit). That took two hours roughly with three different people. General situation questions and my interests. They said they will let me know asap but it took around ten days for them to send me a rejection email. All in all and ok experience.

Question 1
What is a Series A round of funding? What makes it different from a "seed round?" Please be concise.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intercom (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Applied online for an operations coordinator and was contacted for a phone interview. Entire process took over a month. Phone interview was followed up by two additional phone interviews then spoke was advised I was being considered for a different position entirely (executive assistant). Next stop was an onsite interview which lasted roughly two hours with three different interviewers. Interview went great, felt like I connected with everyone and they kept emphasizing how they are in dire need to hire people. At the conclusion of interview I asked when I should hear back and they said within a few days. Over a week later I received an email stating I was not being considered for the position any longer. I replied to email and asked for some input on how I should improve for future interviews and never received a response. I was very disappointed with Intercom for their unpersonal follow up after spending over a month interviewing. This seems like a great company to work for but I feel they aren't sure what they want or need currently.
